Incorporation includes the provision of all Constitution/Memorandum & Articles of Association, Share Register, Directors Register and Certificate of Incorporation for a minimum capital company. It does NOT include preparation of any powers of attorney, apostilled of documents, opening of bank accounts or ancillary tax advice or the minimum share capital.

Annual Domiciliation includes the provision of local agent registered office, Government licence fee, nominee directors, company secretary, minimum accounting - only where legally required (and also providing there are less then ten transactions a year), tax return preparation - only where legally required, and audit - only where legally required. It does NOT include corporation tax where this is chargeable on either the level of profits or on the level of capital.

The fee for introduction to a bank and opening of a bank account is € 1,000 - plus the costs of any third party disbursements required (e.g. cost of certificates of good standing / incumbency or notarisation / apostillation of corporate documents)

Fees are subject to an 8% disbursements charge

Administration is charged out at € 150 per hour on a recorded timesheet basis, or on an arrangement basis, professional advice is charged out at € 300 per hour on a recorded time sheet basis.
